This ring is Beautiful and artistic, however, after wearing it off and on for about a week, one of the wire split, leaving two sharp ends exposed. i tried to sorta 'bend' them into the design, where they wouldn't be dangerous or noticable; but it just didn't work. after braving the danger, another wire or two broke.
i'd say i put medium wear on my jewelry and i realize this is somewhat fragile, but i definately expected more from it and was disappointed. Now i'm not sure WHAT to do with it.
I'd think twice unless you have a super-cushy job that doesn't require getting your hands dirty or frequent washing. DEFINATELY not a ring for a mom!!!

Well I originally bought the same ring just in carbon fiber white, it was stunning and my husband loved it. Well I had to have surgery and he washed his hands and bye bye ring. Sad that it was gone I saw this red and black. The colors are beautiful and the ring does not scratch at all and still looked brand new after a few weeks with the hubs, he is in the Army. It is very manly and unique. So this will be his new wedding band when he gets home from deployment. I reccomend this product to anyone.

The band width appears smaller in real life than the picture, and the stone only has 4 prongs not the six pictured. Fit is good and stone is nice and sparkly, it just doesn't look like the picture.
